Keisha R. Perry Esq

Keisha R. Perry, Esq.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Keisha R. Perry is a dual graduate of the University of Tennessee. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the College of Law in 2004 and her Bachelor’s Degree from The College of Business in 2001. In 1997, Ms. Perry was the first African-American to graduate from The Hutchison School since its inception in 1902. Ms. Perry is currently admitted to practice in Georgia where she is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Section. She served as a member of the Finance Committee of C5 Georgia, a member of The Recording Academy, Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), and The American Bar Association. She also served as a founding board member of the Atlanta based Black Music Month Foundation. She is often solicited to speak on panels to provide legal expertise and often volunteers her time speaking to middle school, high school, and college students.

After working in a mid-size debt collection law firm for nearly a year after graduation, Ms. Perry was ready for a change. At the encouragement of her mentor, John F. Christmas, Ms. Perry started The Perry Law Group in June of 2005. Although hesitant to become a solo practitioner, Ms. Perry’s desire to reach the next level overcame the paralysis of her fear. Since establishing The Perry Law Group, Ms. Perry has served clients nationally and internationally in all of the Firm’s practice areas. Her past and current clients include small business owners, start-ups, independent labels, artists, producers, songwriters, managers, and real estate investors. Ms. Perry has assisted businesses and individuals resolve their legal issues and helped her clients avoid costly litigation. She aims to serve as a source of knowledge to equip her clients to become leaders in their respective industries. Ms. Perry is ecstatic about the opportunity she has been able to provide to high school, college, and law students through The Perry Law Group’s internship and mentoring program.

Adirnne S. Alexander Esq

Adrienne Alexander, Esq.

Adrienne S. Alexander is an attorney and brand strategist specializing in the entertainment, sports, and new media industries. For more than a decade, she has served as legal counsel and strategist to Grammy award-winning artists, Fortune 100 beauty and lifestyle corporations, entertainment and sports professionals, professional racing organizations new media, and startup companies. Her experience includes working with corporations to strategically improve their brand positioning and standing within their respective industry. Ms. Alexander served as strategic counsel and creative liaison to Proctor & Gamble’s My Black Is Beautiful (MBIB), a multi-brand consumer awareness platform, helming their branded entertainment platform in 2012. In addition, she has provided brand development and strategic services to professional athletes and entertainers resulting in new business partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities for her clients.

Ms. Alexander is a 2005 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida A&M University. She is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.

Tiana L. Ferrell

Tiana L. Ferrell, MBA

Tiana L. Ferrell began working in the legal profession following several years of employment within the non-profit and public relations industries. She has assisted with publicity on various films including Takers, Shark Night 3D, Limitless, and Death at a Funeral as well as produced many live award shows for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Ms. Ferrell joined The Perry Law Group in October 2012. Some of her responsibilities include drafting vital documents and correspondence, entity formations, oversight of the Firm’s paymaster/escrow clients, and coordinating closings for residential real estate transactions.

Ms. Ferrell began her education at Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi, where she studied business. She later attended American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, Georgia were she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sports and Entertainment Marketing. Ms. Ferrell also holds a Master of Business Administration in Entertainment Business and Sports Management.

Ms. Ferrell is an active leader within the community and serves as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, The Urban League of Greater Atlanta and shares her time with many other local community organizations. She serves as an Executive Committee Member with the Atlanta NAACP, is a member of the American Business Women’s Association and the Georgia Music Industry Association. Ms. Ferrell was recently recognized by the Georgia House of Representatives with a Resolution commending her work and contributions in the state of Georgia. In an effort to preserve the legacy of her great-grandmother, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, (one of the founders of the (NAACP), Ms. Ferrell is involved with several projects named after her, including a scholarship fund at Rust College (Ida’s alma mater), the Ida B. Wells-Barnett Birthday Celebration, the Ida B. Wells-Barnett Museum, and the Ida B. Wells Memorial Foundation.
